Support and Mentoring for Parents Navigating Public Systems to Reunite with their Children

Being approached by Child Protective Services can be an emotionally devastating, isolating, and confusing experience. We know what that's like as we've been there ourselves.

We work with families to navigate the public systems and to bring about constructive change through support, guidance, instruction and/or treatment through our Parent Mentor Programs. The ultimate goal is to reunite families and help them do the best job possible in raising their children.

Experienced Parent Mentors to Assist Parents to Reunification and those Recovering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD)

Our Parent Mentors receive extensive training in order to assist parents in reunification with their children or in obtaining the best possible outcome.

Our Parent Recovery Mentors provide parents with support and resources for recovery through SUD treatment providers and child welfare staff.

Help to bring you from
Homelessness to Housing

We provide housing support to those who are experiencing long-term homelessness as well as those who are at risk of being homeless.

Connections to Additional
Community Resources

By connecting parents to additional community resources whose services we do not offer, it provides relief of trying to find the help that is needed.

When you invest in Minnesota One-Stop for Communities, you help reduce the number of children in out-of-home care. With your help we have hope.
